The Seller is the publisher of boargames, entertainment, cyberspace and services for consumers and professionals marked through its website https://www.jouelejeuvaison.com .

Article 1 : Object
These General Conditions of Sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of products and services offered by the seller.
Article 2 : General provisions
The General conditions of sale (GCS) apply to all the sales and services of products made through the Company’s website whic are an integral part of the Contract between the Buyer and the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time for the publication of a new version of its website. The GCS then applicable are those in force on the date of payment of the order. The Customer declares to have read all of these General Conditions of Sale, and where applicable the Special Conditions of Sale linked to a product or a service and to accept them without restriction or reservation. The Customer declares to be able to legally contract under French law or validly represent the naturam or legal person for whom he/she is committed. Unless proven otherwise the information recorded by the Company consitutes proof of all transactions.
Article 3 : Prices
The prices of the products sold through the website are indicated in euros excluding taxes and precisely determined on the pages of the product decriptions. They are also indicated in euros all taxes included (French TVA included) on the product order page and excluding specific shipping costs. For products shipped outside The European Union and The French Overseas territories and departments, the price is calculated excluding tax automatically on the invoice. Customs duties, local taxes, import duty or state tax may be payable in certain cases. These rights and sums are not the responsability of the Seller. They will be the responsability of the Buyer (declaration, payment to the competent authorities, etc.) As such, the Seller invites the Buyer to inquire about its apects from the corresponding authorities. The Company reserves the right to modify ots prices at any time for the future. The telecommunications costs neccesary to access the Company’s website are the responsability of the Customer. If applicable, also the delivery costs. Deliveries are made by different carriers according to the client’s time and geographic constraints. Deliveries can be made in 24,48 or 72 hours at home or parcel relay according to the customer’s wishes when ordering online.
Article 4 : Conclusion of the contract online.
The Customer must follow a series of steps specific to each Product offered by the Seller in order to be able to place this order. However, the steps described below are systematic :

-Choice of the product and, if applicable, of its options and indication of the essential customer data (identification, address, etc.) ;
- Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale (GCS) ;
- Verification of the elements of the order and, if necessary, correction of errors ;
- Follow instructions for payment and payment of products ;
- Delivery of products.
The Customer will then receive confirmation by email of payment for the order, as well as an acknowledgment of receipt of the order confirming it. The Seller undertakes to honor the Customer’s order within the limit of the stocks of the Products available. Failing this, the Seller informs the Customer. This contractual information is presented in detail and in French (or English for English spoken Customers). In accordance with French law, they are the subject of a summary and a confirmation during the validation of the order. The parties agree that the illustrations or photos of the products offered for sale have no contractual value. The period of validity of the offer of the Products as well as the minimum duration of the contracts offered when these relate ton a continuous or periodic supply of the products and services. Unless there are special conditions, the rights granted hereunder are granted only to the natural person signing the order (or the person holding the email address provided). In accordance with the legal provisions regarding compliance and hidden defects, the Seller reimburses or exchanges defective products or products that do not correspond to the request.
Reimbursment can be requested as follows :

-as soon as the package is returned and verified, either an exchange or a refund will be made. The shipping costs are then to be paid by the Buyer and will be reimbursed with the refund of the products or its exchange. For an exchange, the shipping costs of the new shipment are at our expense.
Article 6 : Retention of title clause
The products remains the property of the Company until full payment of the price.
Article 7 : Terms of delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address that was indicated when ordering and the time indicated. This time does not take into account the time taken to prepare the order. Article 8 : Availability and presentation
Orders will be processed within the limits of our available stocks or subject to stock available from our suppliers. In the event that an item is unavailable for a period exceeding 15 working days, you will be immediately notified or the foreseeable delivery times and the order for this item may be canceled on request. The Customer may then request a credit for the amount of the item or its refund.
Article 9 : Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-ordered products. The Customer can make the payment by payment card. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the afore mentionned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be reimbursed, the retunr costs remain the responsability of the Customer. Product(s)s returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that they can be re-marketed in new condition if possible they could be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase. Refund procedure. Following the return of the undamaged product in its original packaging and the withdrawal form (return costs borne by the Customer), the refund will be made to the bank card used for payment of the product.
Article 11 : Guarantees
In accordance with the law, the Seller assumes to guarantees : of conformity relating to hidden defects of the products. The Seller reimburses the Buyer or exchanges products that are apparently defective or do not correspond to the order made. The refund request must be made as follows :

The Seller reminds that the Consumer :
- Has a period of 2 years from the delivery of the goods to act with the Seller.
- That he/she can choose between replacement and repair of the good subject to the conditions provided for by the aformentioned provisions.
- That it is exempted from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the goods during delivery good.
- Except second-hand goods, this period will be extended to 24 months from March 18, 2016.
- That the Consumer can also assert the guarantee against hidden defects of the thing sold within the meaning of article 1641 of the Civil Code and, in this case, he can choose between the resolution of the sale or the reduction of the sale price (provision of articles 1644 of the Civil Code).

Article 13 : Intellectual property rights
Trademarks, domain names, products, softwares, images, videos, texts or more generally any information subject to intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of the Seller. No transfer of intellectual property rights is carried out trhough these GCS. Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these goods for any reason whatsoever is strictly prohibited.
Article 14 : Force majeure
The performance of the Seller’s obligations at the end of the present contract is suspended in the event or of the occurrence of fortuitous event or of force majeure which would prevent its performance. The Seller will notify the Customer of the occurrence of such an event as soon as possible.
Article 15 : Nullity and modification of the contract
In one of the stipulations of this contract were canceled, this nullity would not entail the nullity of the other stipulations which will remain in force between the parties. Any contractual modification is only valid after a written and signed agreement of the parties.
