Since November 2018, we are pleased to welcome you for your withdrawals and deposits of parcels from La Poste Group: Chronopost, Colissimo and DPD.
For parcel drop off, don't forget the proof of drop off provided with your shipping label.
The part with the barcode is to be stuck on your package and the proof of deposit to be presented to us at the relay.
Stamped with the current date, the proof of deposit proves that you have indeed deposited your parcel at a Pickup relay point!
With or without signature (thanks to the Pickup Pass), the identity document is necessary for the collection of parcels.
Unavailable to pick up your package? Send someone to fetch it for you.
To withdraw it on your behalf, he will need your identity document and his own.
Dropping off and picking up parcels is as simple as that! ;)
We will meet you from Monday, April 25, for your packages, games, services and entertainment.
