Hello everyone!
Your parcel collections are changing at your Pick Up relays!
You can now collect your parcels either:
- with the Pick Up Pass (QR code) received in the email or text message from the carriers Chronopost, Colissimo and DPD (no ID required for this method of collection).
- with the six-digit code received in the text message or email from the carriers Chronopost, Colissimo and DPD (no ID required for this method of collection).
- by giving your name and presenting your identity card, driving licence, passport or residence permit (plus that of the person for whom you are collecting the parcel if it is not yours).
To make the Pick Up relay pleasant for everyone:
- All your parcels must be packed at home.
- Your label must be taped or stuck on your parcel at home for all your deposits and returns.
- Only Orange box exchanges are made with the cardboard offered by this supplier. We then check the equipment that you return to us before giving you the new equipment.
- Exchanges from other operators "closed cardboard" for "closed cardboard". In the case of an exchange of "closed cardboard" equipment, your label is probably on the exchange equipment that is in relay. Your equipment must be placed in a box that you prepare and close at home.
- Normal returns of equipment and cancellations are done like any other deposit, closed box and label stuck at home.
- Your packages are opened at home, because your relay is not responsible for the contents of your package. If your package is damaged, remember to ask your merchant if they mentioned it when you collected it.
- If your package is damaged or does not correspond to what you ordered, contact your sender so that they can manage the after-sales service of the shipment with the carrier directly.
For your deposits, no change, you come and drop off your Chronopost and DPD parcels, as well as Colissimo returns. We beep them and off you go for your parcel's journey! Have a good day, have a good game and see you soon at your Pick Up Joue le Jeu Vaison relay!
You will just need a readable shipping label so that the PDA can record the deposit of your package and ensure its tracking.
You can also use Chronopost's Shop 2 Shop service, which offers to pay the postage of parcels online and have your parcel forwarded from one Pick Up point to another.
You can then come and drop off your Shop 2 Shop shipment.
The shipping label can be replaced by a relay label with the barcode received in a separate email.
For a cancellation, you will have to print and stick the part of the label with the barcode on the closed package and present the part with the date to us so that we can stamp it for you to provide proof of deposit.
2/ You come to pick up a package:
To collect parcels with or without Pick Up Pass (which only replaces your signature), you will need:
1/Your identity document (permit, passport, residence permit, identity card) to collect your package.
2/To withdraw it for another person, HIS or HER ID and YOUR ID.
3/ You come to exchange your Internet equipment or a telephone.
For the exchange of equipment from Internet or telephone providers, your package must be wrapped and in a box, because we only put a return label on the box you have prepared.
The box of equipment sent to you by your supplier cannot be opened and used to return the equipment you are returning.
NB: The Orange supplier is the only supplier where you will not need a box for the return.
The box in which your new equipment is sent is used for the return of the old one.
Withdrawals or exchanges of parcels, identity documents are MANDATORY!
Why ?
Because it secures the withdrawal of the package.
If one day your parcel is collected by a person who does not have to take it, the relay which has not checked the identity documents is responsible.
However, it is not necessary to present the following documents:
- Physical threats and various blackmails.
"I'm going to give you a bad rating on google. »
“I'm going to talk about you and your store badly and believe me everyone will know about it. »
Thank you to the 95% of customers who come to pick up packages with respect and understanding that this rule is there FOR them and not AGAINST them.
