House Flippers presents a life of hard work condensed into minutes. Each hourglass represents a property that generates periodic income, with players investing in new run-down properties to renovate them, then selling them and generating a profit that they will reinvest.
Everyone's goal is, after having worked so hard, to achieve a dream life under the coconut trees. In House Flippers, there is no game turn.
All players act simultaneously and as fast as they can, and the game offers four possible actions: Collect rent, Buy and renovate a new property, Hire a expert in lucrative real estate, and Make your savings grow.
Players: 2 to 4
Minimum playing time: 10 to 15 minutes
