Panik

You lead a team of highly skilled ghost hunters and your task is to remove troublesome ectoplasm from some big old houses.
 

Of course, yours is not the only team with this goal. Beware that your opponents will try to trick you.

Only the most efficient and clever team will win the game.

Each player randomly draws four mansion cards, looks at them, and places them face down in front of them in any order they choose.

Then each player flips a mansion card face up and places a hunter in front of one of their mansions.

On their turn, a player places one of their hunters in front of any mansion card that does not already have four hunters next to it.

After placement, the player can expel one of the hunters already present in this mansion.

The owner of the evicted hunter must immediately place him in another mansion.

Some of the hunters have special skills: a Detector allows an opponent's mansion card to be turned face up before the hunter is placed, a Call for Help allows any previously placed hunter to be moved to the mansion where the Call for help has just been placed.

An over-equipped hunter cannot be expelled or called up.

A Tandem doubles the number of points but can never be called for help.

The game ends when all Hunter cards have been placed.

The mansion cards are all turned over and players now know which one will earn the most points!

Ghost Mansions are worth one to five points per hunter present, while Trapped Mansions are only worth points to the owner of the mansion.

The fewer hunters in a shared mansion, the more points it earns.
