The waters of Atlantean have been thriving for centuries. With the wise and noble Sea-Kings, all sea creatures lived in peace and serenity.

But one day, everything changed...

The cold waters of the Northern Ocean rushed into the warm waters of Atlantean due to the eruptions of the underwater volcanoes.

Immediate and significant climate changes had unintended consequences.
The citizens of Atlantean were surprised to discover that the polar seas were full of life - unusual and unknown.
 They still had no idea that several northern nations also discovered Atlantean wealth and prosperity.

And they are ready to fight for resources. The Royal City is in ashes after a volcanic eruption, panic is everywhere.
Even 4 brave Sea Kings, who started a fight for the crown of Atlantean, didn't even pay attention to reports of strange creatures in the Empire's outskirts...

 And so begins the polar invasion!
The Cold Waters extension consists of several modules. It includes all the necessary components for the fifth player, which can be used with the base game, but also brings a new type of locations, new ocean creature cards and an alternative mechanic, replacing the goal track in the basic game.

"Icy Waters" is an extension for the game "Atlantes" which notably allows you to add a fifth player.
Survive your empire in the face of climate change
The great kingdoms of the Atlanteans continue their quest for prosperity and glory.
 Climate change has brought new currents and new resources.

In the "Icy Waters" expansion, players will discover the ruthless leaders of the far north and new creatures.
The kings and queens of the oceans are fighting an increasingly fierce battle, wild tribes will be able to come to their aid.
"Atlanteans - Frozen Waters" contains all the necessary elements to add a 5th player, new characters, oceans and kings, new Location cards and mantas.
The expansion also brings a new Tribe game mode.
