Using all-new technology cards, players can transform their capitals into population centers twice the size of a city, expanding their outskirts to ten spaces.
Finally, metropolis tokens give an additional combat bonus in defense and produce two culture points instead of one!
But what makes the strength of a city are its inhabitants.
Fame and Fortune features a new deck of Personality cards that allows players to enlist the aid of a historical personality, such as Joan of Arc, Hannibal, or even Gustavus Adolphus.
